I admit I put foxy, swag, and Wass on ignore.

Since then, I have experienced nothing but civility on here.

The truth is tyson beats all of them. The tyson that was training the right way does anyway. Theres a reason that people fans ex fighters all speak about tyson to this day. He would have beat holyfield. Not that it matters but i d love to see the bookies take on the first fight that was supposed to happen. Talks of douglas being 42/1 against tyson what was he against holyfield. Obviously he was coming off a win against tyson but would be interesting to see regardless. Tyson was on the way to greatness before the wheels fell off.

Holyfield lewis and even bowe were great fighters but mike would have battered them all. People basing their holyfield predictions on their two fights. But that wasnt anything like young tyson in there.

Tyson was actually still pretty decent after prison but he was a long long way off what he was. Was mainly getting through fights with his speed power and not much else if we re being honest.

I said before spinks. He was relying on one big punch more and more. And in the bruno fight he looked like ****. His punches weren't fluid and noticeably slower.

    BULLSH*T!!!

It's not your opinion that's on trial here. It's your constant criticism of Mike Tyson on every single Tyson thread.

MY obsession? Again, I'm not going on EVERY single Tyson thread criticizing him. Calling you out on it isn't weird because I see right through your comments that usually end with, "...but I like Mike Tyson, I really do!" :dead

Saying Tyson would've taken gold in the '84 Olympics isn't negative, no, but it really isn't praising the guy. FFS, Henry Tillman won friggin gold! Your comment isn't negative, but it's rather obvious Tyson would've won gold. Pat yourself on the back.

Magoo is a balanced poster. I gave him some sh*t in the past before realizing he brings solid arguments to every thread and, get this, he doesn't critique Mike Tyson on every single Tyson thread. You're the undisputed champion belt holder of that.

Well, I actually believe Tyson was a superior fighter prior to prison. He was more fluid and less static and his hand speed was better. Despite not having Rooney, and if he showed up in shape like he did against Ruddock, I feel he could beat Holyfield, Bowe and Lewis.

Look, you'll never admit your hatred of Mike Tyson. You're just a little bit better and smarter at hiding it than Wass, Foxy and Swagdel. Those guys must've bet the house on Tyson during a loss. What's your excuse?

I think holyfield and Tyson in 91 would have been a proper 50,50 fight .bowe would have been tough but eventually Tyson would have stopped him . Tyson would have destroyed Lewis . Between 91 - 94 Lewis wasn't ready for Tyson .as soon as Tyson lands flush its over just like the mccall fight .

Compared to the 1988 version, yeah he did. Especially the Ruddock rematch where both men took the fight on short notice after King kept playing the rematch is on again/off again tripe.

I felt the first Ruddock brawl was Mike's best performance since Spinks almost 3 years earlier. His skills had slipped and he wasn't what he used to be. But he turned up in shape and determined against a dangerous foe.

Those sheeple who repeat the myth evander somehow would beat tyson every time are the very laziest thinkers on boxing forums online.

By 1991 tyson had lost a lot of skills and his defense and timing and discipline for training .those things had made him exceptional and true elite level and by this i mean top 6 atg in hw history.

The loss of those by 1991 had reduced him to a one dimensional power puncher with incredible toughness, chin and fast hands...his stamina was still 2nd only to holyfield.hecstill had giachetti in his corner

By 1995 he had lost all his tougness, will to win,his power had lapsed too .he was beating 2nd raters on intimidation and power and speed.there was little of the tougness that was tysons biggest asset in 91.

He was also muscle bound by that time

If you can't see the decline of Tyson your blind. I think people give too much credit to holyfield for beating Tyson including holyfield himself . And holyfield was jacked for those fights. He made Tyson look small. Tyson was a freak of nature in his prime. Best combination of speed and power in hw. Ever

    Tyson KO1 Moorer
    Tyson KO1 Lewis
Tyson UD Foreman (similar to Bonecrusher bout)
    Tyson KO 8 Holyfield
Tyson KOd by 10 Bowe (93)

Tyson being incarcerated was everything to do with his demise. On his return to the sport in 95 he was virtually finished. his victories over McNeeley, Mathis, Bruno and Seldon was down to his opponents fear, more than Tyson's ability. Tyson had nothing to offer after 4rds in the Holyfield fight, prison had destroyed him physically and mentally, as far as his career in World Boxing was concerned.
