Look man, Honestly. If you are asking these questions you are new to boxing you are not here to be X or Z you are here to learn what your coach has to offer he isn't SRL or Archie Moore so you are learning what Joe Blo knows the ability to write comes from understanding the language so to is it in boxing. You can hold your hands this way, walk like so and weave like another with some intents but it would be akin to writing a book but never knowing how to spell a word that is to fight without mastering the fundamentals.
