    Together Rigo and Casey had 18 pro fights combined...

    Can anyone think of a fight with less combined pro fights for a world title? :think

    Fenech vs Shingaki - IBF bantamweight title.

    16 fights combined.

    Edit:

    Checking Shingaki's Boxrec, he fought Joves De La Puz - a debutant - before his fight with Fenech apparently. But the credibility of this fight is seriously in question. But if it counts, then that's 9 fights combined.

    is it not genrlly accepted you get title figths quicker in the smller weights due to there being a less genreally fighters avail etc

    And a lot of the Asian fighters were experienced Muay Thai fighters.

    Pete Rademacher, obviously.

    Fought Floyd Patterson for THE World HW title in his pro debut after Olympic success.

    Good effort too, has Floyd down at one point!!!!

    Okay, the correct answer is Arty Henderson Vs Paup Snith; combined record of 0-0 and fought the Diamond Encrusted Interim WBA/WBC coalition title bak in 1897. Good fight as well.
