I was actually cringing at his post fight interview. I've never been a fan of McAllister and tonight was the perfect example of why. He's an average fighter and a complete fanny to boot. Hopefully the sheep shaggers now see it as well. I can't believe he can draw crowds of 3000 people.
He started scaring the interviewer by calling for his job too. He said he want's to put his feet up and do a bit of punditry. He calls for a rematch be it Russia or Aberdeen. Saying he was in the fight until he jab went. Didn't realise hand damage stopped you from guarding your face and taking clean shots. No mention of the hand till the end of the fight, his own trainer loaded a gumshield in his mouth thinking he was good to go but Lee wanted none of it. Quitter!

Quit,pure and simple.Too many locals up here buy into his shite but hes crap,and his ego outweighs his talent tenfold.Harrison was stunned,and rightly so and i doubt if he will be keen to work with him again.Nice to hear Barry call it as it was in the studio too and a shameful performance considering Mc got a live Sky gig.
nah, the vile football clubs in scotland are the old firm, then hearts. as for the fight, i also thaught he quit, he would have got more respect getting stopped infront of his fans than quiting infront of them like that.... embarrassing!
Disgraceful but you just need to look at his performance against Murray where he started ok, then was getting hit clean, starting kidding on the punches weren't hurting before quitting in the middle rounds. Guys an absolute joke. His defence was atrocious and he hardly landed one effective right hand the whole fight. Naming Morales and Khan as future opponents aswell before the fight was cringeworthy and I hope Harrison and Gilmour leave him and his padded record out in the wilderness. You even heard Harrison say 'aye but you've still got your right hand' but he still quit.
I agree. It's not the first time he's made a pretty weak surrender. Problem is, he still sells tickets - so we'll see plenty more of him unfortunately.
