Just as it wasn't 118-110 it certainly wasn't a draw I thought 115-113 about right for Selby. Let's be realistic he has stepped up from domestic level to fringe world class get's the decision but is now written off as a hype job?He should be congratulated by proving he can mix around that level & win he will only get better for me to be written off after beating WBC 4 rated fighter?Well actually it shows that the critics must of thought of something of him in the first place. Don't care who you are step up in level & win you have produced a decent performance room for improvement of course he has. Unless people think when you step up in level you are exposed if you can't stop an opponent which is frankly unrealistic in most cases.
I like that he himself said that it was close and he still got alot to learn, first time i've seen him, but yes he clearly lacks power to make it to world level
I think that fight is exactly what he needed...Someone who isnt a pushover who comes forward with ample pressure..tough as old boots and full of confidence...That fight will benefit Selby immensely,,in the same way the first Carson Jones fight benefited Brook....onwards and upwards...job well done!
I think it wouldnt be fair to write the lad off but he hasnt done anything that has impressed me where you watch and think wow this guys is something special, the welsh mayweather is an insult to floyd mayweather and stupid because selby has done nothing to ******t being arrogant
