the WBC ****ed this up. When Universum still had money they bought the interim belt. Now that Universum is broke they are even more dangerous. They´d probably sue the crap out of the WBC, if they stripped Zbik or didn´t enforce the mandatory. Universum just wants the belt to shop it off to the biggest bidder.
