Tyson Fury is extremely tough inside as well as outside the ring

Remember when he was calling out Chisora with a bullhorn to fight him in the streets

I know what youre saying, but I think you are confusing tough appearances, and a tough personality, with someone who is 'legitmiately tough'.

    Malignaggi?

Have you seen the Cotto fight? Nobody who isnt tough to the core takes a beating like that without folding.

There are a lot of boxers I would not even consider ****ing around with. Carl Froch, Kelly Pavlik, Paulie Mallinaggi, Jermain Taylor, Grady Brewer, Brandon Rios, Maidana, and a host of others seem like guys who would rip your ****ing head right off if they felt threatened. On the other hand, Cintron, Dirrell, and a few others do not seem scary at all. Cintron, for example, is obviously far more skilled than Brewer, so it's not about skills. Some fighters project a certain aura that others lack.

Very ignorant post, Malignaggi while feater-fisted as as tough as they come, Tim Bradleyintense training is very tough, further more anyone who boxes never mind is successful is pretty damn tough.

Malignaggi is tough. He fought Cotto with a broken jaw.

Most of them are very tough.

I don't think the average fan knows how much work goes behind a championship calibre fighter.

Even relatively speaking, Tim Bradley is incredibly tough. When has he ever backed down in a fight? Dude trains like a beast and fights like a beast. Would not exactly call Malignaggi or Fury mentally or physically weak either.

Sergio Martinez is an underrated fighter as regards toughness. Just because he looks like a male model doesn't mean he doesn't have an iron will. Kessler as well.

Tough: usual suspects like Margarito, Froch, Adamek, JMM, etc.

Not tough: Zab Judah. One of the more mentally weak name boxers of the current era. Just can't hack it at the top level. Clottey, whilst tough physically, cannot handle pressure without screwing up. Ortiz might be the same way.
