Lennox won via Technical Knockout at the end of the 6th round, TKO6 is a fact. Punch stats don't mean anything, nor do scorecards when you get stopped. Frank Bruno was leading on the scorecards when Lennox Lewis stopped him...

If you said you thought Vitali won statistically, due to landing more punches and being ahead on all three judges scorecards, then that's a fair point. However, to say Vitali won is a fact, is not true.

 

Lennox almost outboxed every man in his career

Until he met his best opponent, Vitali Klitschko. Lewis only won 2 rounds, and won by a lucky cuts decision by the doctor.

 

Lewis' toe was hurting that night too, and he still won.

 

Are you an idiot? You can achieve a TKO victory in different ways. People realize that this one was by cuts, and not by the usual TKO victory that assumes the fighter is better.

Stop changing the word, there is a difference between a guy who can't defend himself and is getting repeatably knocked down or punched along the ropes compared to a guy who just got cut.

 

If you don't understand the difference between the above mentioned terms, I will help you. Factual = the statistical content of the fight, formal = its official result.

 

For **** sake you stupid ****s give it a rest. This fight was never going to the cards as both guys were equally knackered, a ko was guaranteed! so what the cards read after round 6 is irrelevant.

 

It wasn't just a cut though was it.

He had six cuts and one that resembled an axe wound over his eye.

He had 3 rounds to end the fight after this horrendous injury occured but couldn't do it, nor could he stop an out of shape Lewis' advances.
