How? Didn't help him take Rahman's bombs in the first fight. So he came in lighter afterwards? Lewis' was under-trained, accept. And deteriorating aswell as lack motivation. If he could have got up for the rematch, he comes in at 245 and stops Vitali again. He obviously couldn't, lost his love for the game, saw he was declining and retired. I'm glad he retired at the right time, as much as I would have loved him to stop Vitali again in a rematch.

stop talking out of your ass.....

shannon hasnt had as many championship fights as vitali.....true dat...

but he's been pro for far too long and should have retired his ass a long time ago....

he's a decent heavyweight at BEST, but was never really any good to make an impression on the division.....just like all the other assholes klitschko has been ****ing.....

i was actually referring to a comparison between Lennox Lewis, and Vitali.....Vitali for his age, is a much fresher heavyweight, than Lennox, in terms of tracking their careers at the same age(s).

vitali, who some reprobate ****ers on here claim will go down as an ATG, couldnt put a old, slow, jaded lennox lewis away. a fit, focused lewis would have rearranged his features for him (worse than he did when lewis came in fat).

Vitali cannot be mentioned in the same breathe as Lewis

not true had Vitali been prepared for Lewis in the rematch Lewis would have never found his chin ans suffered the same as everyone else has ..and he knew it!!

He said something silly and you're quoting it.

Do you consider it his career best win?

So Lewis is now silly too, let's add that to the unprepared, unfocused, uninterested, fat and shot claims, I bet you came up with these conclusions before the Vitali fight, based on the Rahman and Tyson wins, right? Or maybe, just maybe you expected a blowout vs. some Drago clone, and Lewis winning on cuts while losing most of the boxing match needs to be justified, no matter how weak the excuses are. I'm a bigtime Lewis fan, but it doesn't mean I'm delusional.

Vitali-Lennox was not a closely scored UD, a split dec, or majority decision for Lennox lol... Someone was nearly cut to ribbons...

If you'd heard him do commentary you wouldn't ask. I didn't say he was uninterested and shot although he definitely was fat.

Why didn't you answer my question.

Ok, let's assume Lewis "lost most of the boxing match", although I had it three rounds each. He still won by stoppage. I don't get where you're going with this. Does a man need to be literally decapitated before it's a legit stoppage?

    Oh shut up.
Briggs isn't half the fighter Lewis was.
Besides, Lewis already beat the **** out of Vitali, what else does he need to prove?
You klitschko nuthuggers dont stop. just accept it. VITALI GOT BEAT BY LEWIS. PERIOD.
