The fight is no longer the #1 vs #2 P4P fighters anymore. pac losing has made this fight take a hit while floyd hasn't lost and is still keeping his name in the news, thus maintaining his popularity.

There are some that think Juan did not beat him in the last fight. Not me, but its clear Manny is not the same as he was 3 years ago. The overall purse will not be the same, but the split should not change.

They both cherry pick as much each other. Although I do agree 55/45 is fair.

Why the **** not? The PPV's have been 1 sidedly in favor of Mayweather. You don't know **** about business.

Bull****. Forcing Pac to come Oliver Twist-style, begging for whatever crumbs Money will brush his way, is a disgrace. The fight is big because of both of them, not just May. Fine, May gets more, not a big deal, but Pac is an 8 time champion and a big draw himself. No reason for Pac to come hat in hand, begging for the fight, when he has some pull himself. Pac has given in enough to the multiple demands of May and there's no reason for it not to happen because Pac didn't kowtow enough to Mayweather's arrogant ass.

If I were Pac, and Mayweather didn't like my concessions, I'd tell him to suck it, too.

The PPV's numbers in America b/c he fights Cotto. Worldwide Manny is the bigger fighter. They do not just get paid from American tv shares.

As I said in the other thread even Manny saying less money and blood test day of, would not be enough. Floyd is chicken ****. Manny summed it up in the end, on why he would not fight him.

What's the point to argue though, even if they do not fight. Neither are good as they were 3-4 years ago, especially manny. Let Floyd fight Canelo or Sergio when he comes back.

Manny fight Juan, then may another jr welter, like Lucas.

but you guys have no problem with floyd fighting someone like ortiz or pac's victim in cotto? pac is still relevant and he proved it by whooping on a young and prime p4p fighter in bradley.

Floyd is not a bigger star than Manny. Sorry to say. Mass appeal he is not. Something you just need to understand. The moment this fight gets signed if Manny looks impressive against Marquez. His part in selling the ppv will mean much more than 700 k in numbers.

what does the first sentence have to do with anything i said?

i know pac is still relevant and i also thought he beat bradley but lost to marquez. before the marquez fight i would have said pac deserved 50/50 with mayweather.

it was a close fight. and marquez has the styles advantage over pac ever since.
it did not stop floyd from fighting ortiz when he was stopped by maidana. it didn't stopped floyd from fighting cotto when he got whooped by pac.

didn't stop pac from fighting Cotto after Cotto lost that ridiculous bout to Margacheato

didn't stop pac from fighting Hatton after Hatton got his **** beat by Money

didn't stop pac from fighting Shane after FLoyd stomped on him

    So many more
