For those who havent seen the first Brewster/Wlad fight, you shouldnt comment. Lamon fought a hell of alot better in there first meeting, than in there second. He landed vicious body blows early on, which made RJJ comment on them, as well as rocking Wlad with a jab in the 3rd round, which helped gave him the round on the ledderman scorecard.

Brewster however took more punishment in there first fight, 1-2's after 1-2's, Wlad was really letting the leather fly that night, where in the second fight it was mostly jabs Wlad was throwing and landing. As a huge Brewster fan and someone who I followed since the early 2000's, he wasnt the same Lamon that night, alot of fighters couldve beat him that night.

I would love to see it, I just doubt Brewster has the toughness he once had, with Buddy in his corner, I cant ever see him being champ again.

Very cool poster, I seen it while I was on Brewster's fan club site a few weeks back. I remember messaging him on Myspace a few weeks before the 2nd Wlad fight, and he actually responded back, I asked him if he was going to go after Wlads weak chin early in the fight? He responded back with " I dont want take too many chances in this fight, he's a very powerful fighter, I think I could break him down early and finish him late", I just hope he has better plan the 3rd time around.

Actually, iff Brewster strings together a couple noteworthy wins.

Then a rubber match with Big Bad Wlad makes sense.

I don't think he's going to beat Klitschko ever again. But I want to see him back in the mix. Fun fighter to watch, and always get your money's worth. I'd still pick him to beat most of the top heavies if he came in healthy. He's got balls the size of cannons.

    QFT.

I am disturbed how people can't see. HE LANDED MORE SHOTS IN THE SECOND FIGHT.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS WLAD DID NOT SHOOT HIS LOAD.

No it doesn't. He has been beaten 95% of the time they have been in the ring. It is like asking a rubber match between Lewis-Rahman. There is no point.

Not effective shots though, Brewster hurt Wlad in the 3rd round of the first fight, and ultimately finished him off in the 5th, after Wlad blew his load. Brewster looked like **** in the second, at least in the first fight Brewster tried to get in and catch him on the inside, in the second fight he was content on making it a Boxing match, which is something Brewster's not known for.

Given the lack of challenges out there for Wlad, I think Brewster on a winning streak would be worth a third fight.

Its not as if the worthy challengers are lined up to fight Wlad; there is not much of anyone seen as a real threat to him, as it stands, now.

So I think if Brewster were to get two or three impressive wins, and get a couple of those brutal KOs he is known for, that would make people see him as a legit threat to Wlad, once again, and they'd start to see a third fight as a worthwhile endeavor.

Its seems that you are only as good as your last fight, and if Brew can beat the hell out of of a couple three good opponents, the boxing public will forget his quitting against Wlad in the second fight, and seem him worthy of another shot at taking Wlad out, as he did in the first fight. ( even though it was more of a stamina deficit, but it was still a win for Brewster, and a very good win )

Common now LG, lets see what Brewster puts together first. It is not totally unheard of for an old dog to come up with a few tricks, and the gretest way to elevate two men's careers is to have a great series with each other.

Dimentrenko is rated I think #1 by the WBO, he looks and fights like a poor man's Wlad Klit, and he is legitimately chinny. What if Brew got an eliminator? I'll bet he could knock the man out and get right back in the picture. Just an example of what might happen in the crazy world of boxing.

Last point: Lennox Ko'd Rahmen when he was champ, Wladdy Ko'd Brew on an 18 month lay off, so a case can be made that it was not the best Lamon Brewster in there that night.

Wlad would put Brewster in a coma if they fought for a third time. I seriously doubt Lamon would take it either if he got back into the mix. He lost 10 of the 11 rounds in the 2 fights and probably like 32 of the 33 minutes. Like Peter, he uses his face as his defense. doesn't make for long or consistent careers.

wish him luck though. exciting fighter who lays it on the line. Peter vs Brewster would be very entertaining. Id also love to see Brewster ko the Hayematrix :yep :yep :yep

he can be competitive against anyone sans the klitschkos as long as he hasn't lost his fire.
