Wrong. Judah has always been a good fighter, not a great one. Both wins were viewed as good but not great. Maybe Cotto got a little more credit coz his win was more exciting. DLH was 34 at the time he fought PBF, and had fought once in three years prior to fighting PBF. Mosley had KO'd Vargas and beaten a top 10 welter (Collazo) by a mile on points in the 12 months before the Cotto fight.
Plus, PBF took the DLH fight for money, that was his only objective. Cotto took the Mosley fight to prove he was the top man at 147, that was his aim. You see the difference in risk v reward? Hence, more credit given to Cotto for his win.
