Lets discuss pre Louis heavyweights

    I find whenever I'm creating a top heavyweights list I can't figure out where to rank the pre Louis group. Which is a sizable chunk of most experts ATG lists.

    Need a bit of education here about who should rank above who, why, what they accomplished at the weight, how skilled they were etc.

    Bit of a vague thread, sorry, but Classic usually produces the goods when I have gaps in knowledge.

    Please post who you rank, maybe a top ten pre Louis or just any info relevant to the subject. Thanks.

    I'll list them with the number of their ranking on my list at least and in order of ranking also

    No.5 Jack Johnson
    No.12 Gene Tunney
    No.16 James J Corbett
    No.17 Maxie Baer
    No.18 Max Schmeling
    No.19 Jack Sharkey
    No.20 Fitz
    No.21 Jeff
    No.22 Carnera
    No.23 Tommy Burns
    No.24 Braddock
    No.26 Marvin Hart
