Manny would be earning the money in the US and have to pay income taxes. If he trains abroad if he is a US resident the amount would be cut in half. However if he has no green card then he would only have to pay taxes in the Philipines.

If Pac loses Roach I would say he gets taken apart as PAC was not much without him.
