Who would you put at 10? Bradley? Alexander? The only reason I put Khan there is because I think he can clean up the division.

You might as well put in Maidana because come December 11th, Khans getting that glass jaw of his shattered all over the place. :deal

He has a better resume than guys like Ward, Donaire, Khan, and Bute, for one thing.

Also, hes moved up 25 lbs in weight to win his second title. At HW he hasnt done much admittedly, but he did beat Arreola who was a top 10 fighter.

At his best weight right now (which is still 200 lbs despite his additional bulk), he is still #1 in the world, IMO. His former victim Steve Cunningham is still #1 in the Ring's ratings at Cruiserweight.

    1. Pac
    2. Mayweather
    3. Martinez
    4. Wlad
    5. JMM
    6. Montiel

Hm... After this it gets hard.

    7. Vitali
    8. JuanMa
    9. Adamek
    10. Bradley

I admit - my rankings are a bit inconsistent because I rank Vitali and Mayweather high mostly on H2H potential. The H2H influence isn't as high in the others. I know that Floyd has one great win and not much else the past few years and I know that Vitali's last three opponents aren't good opposition at all. There is an argument, based on recent accomplishments, to have Floyd below Martinez and Vitali not there at all. I just feel it would be wrong to do so because Floyd is clearly better than Martinez and no one can try to convince me Vitali still isn't an excellent fighter.

On the other hand, I feel JMM is declining but his recent accomplishments, ranging over the last two years, are still very good. Same goes for Adamek who I don't rank that strongly H2H but who cannot be discounted due to achievments.

JuanMa has a ton of flaws just like Cotto, but just like Cotto his accomplishments have finally reached that level that you just can't ignore him. He actually managed to impress me in chopping down Luevano totally and grind down a still very game, albeit faded, Rafa Marquez. Before that, I thought he was overhyped. Even if he never will be p4p#1 or somthing like that he's proven to be a fine fighter.

Bute and Ward chould be in there on ability very clearly, but for me they're just one tiny win away from getting there. Hope they get the fights. If AA outclasses Froch or similar he has an argument. Same for Pascal if he beats Hopkins (depends on how Hopkins looks). If Donaire beats Montiel or if Darchinyan beats Mares and Perez/Agbeko he should be in there. Wonjongkam and Pascal - despite they being liner champs and having one big win recently - still needs another win I feel although I wouldn't argue against their inclusion.

The main thing that strikes me is how weak-looking the bottom half is compared to the top 5. It really doen't take much to get in there. I really, really hope talent like Ward, Bute, Golovkin, Rigo and Roman Gonzales picks up the mantle - otherwise it will get awfully empty after Pac, Floyd (if he retrieves the "urge" that is), JMM and Wlad are gone.

By Pacquiao dismantling Margarito in my mind puts him no further than Mayweather P4P , this argument will go on for ever until they fight , and until they do , ive got Floyd sitting top as long as he claims to be active !!!

Ofcourse if Pacquiao keeps desimating opponents and Martinez keeps beating top opposition , Floyd may well be sitting 3rd or 4th depending on how Donaire does against Montiel down the line , providing Mayweather stays inactive

    That answer your Question !!!

    :good

    1) Packy...anyone who doesnt have him here can go shoot themselves

    2) Floyd...losing ground fast

    3) Sergio...I'm sold

    4) JMM....till proven otherwise, he deserves this spot.

    5) JuanMa...stil the other JuanMa for now

    6) Klitschkos.....not the ideal defintion of p4p, but their dominace cannot be overlooked.

    7) Arthur Abraham...controversial loss, plus I like how he decapitates people and thats good enough for me.

    8) Cotto...maybe I have him too high but Imma big fan, takes his licks but keeps on truckin'

    9) winner of Bradley/Alexander....im partial to welterweights

    10) Nonito...im FilAm so he's here by default.
