I don't know who will win, but Liakhovich is confident.
He has to be, seeing that he turned down 3x the money to fight Wlad or Vitali.
His reasoning was that he'd get even more after beating Helenius.

I think there is a very good chance this story (put out by Liakovitch's promoter Duva) is just talk to promote the fight.

It's a good promotional tactic, because just the possibility that they are telling the truth and SL is going to war with RH is enough to make me watch this fight live.
