Hey joyboy, im saying this on conclusions i have drawn from observations i have made from viewing all of, particularly, Joes fights and Toney's. I own all there fights, well only 48 of Toney's. I brought them on DVD from 'sugerays' some year and a half ago. My statement was made on the hypothasis set by the Beeston Brawler when he said, 'What Calzaghe, the puncher (pre 2002) or the the current version' or words to that effect.

This promted me to state that considering thier styles, focus and determination to win, at that point in time, that i would'nt be surprised if Toney was TKO'd, not Ko'd, im not sure thats possible at that weight. I just feel that there would be a similar outcome to that of the Jones-Toney fight.

You and all the rest of the nut suckers that hate on Joe seem to make statements as a matter of course instead of thinking and writing why and how. Its this type of behaviour that marks you out as unreasonable and blinded by rage and hate, passing your time ballhumming eachother and taking it in turns to write hate posts about Joe Calzaghe.

Toney by late KO. Simply a slightly higher class of fighter. And Calzaghe is tailor made for him. Imagine the fun Toney would have with those fast flurries? There is NO WAY Calzaghe hurts Toney, but Toney definitely hurts Calzaghe. A counter-punching exhibition.

No slight on Calzaghe here, I just think Toney is better that's all. Other than RJJ and Toney, I think Joe beats anyone else who has ever fought at 168.

Toney wouldn't be easy for Calzaghe to hit, with all his movements.

    Toney wins by KO

Dude, I just want to ask you again: When has James Toney EVER been TKO'ed? As a Supermiddle? Light heavy? Cruiser? What about ****ing HEAVYWEIGHT? And yet, you predict the "puncher's version" of calzaghe (lolz) has the ability to TKO him?

You say you've drawn these conclusions based on what you've seen of toney and joe's previous fights? One has to wonder just how clear your vision can be with Calzaghe's nuts planted firmly on your chin.

MY chin is handsome enough without placing Joes nuts on it. My thooughts are prompted by what i see in Toney's losses, particularly the Jones loss. Toney i dont think at that point would be in shape, in the right frame of mind or have respect for Calzaghe. Calzaghe would be scared of Toney and would know the whole world would be watching and thus fight accordingly. I think Toney does connect with solid, crisp counters between Cal's flurries and as so opens up a bit more trying to cause damage and its there, time after time that Joe would catch him. A Calzaghe at that point in time, fighting for his life and his reputation would maybe have caught Toney heavy and combined with the accumulation of solid punches from Joe i say that of all nights this is when Toney is most vunerable to bein TKO'd.

That said, yes it is'nt the most likely outcome, but if it happened at that point in time with that set of variables then its more than possible.

I seriously doubt he'd have beaten any of Benn, Watson or Eubank in their primes. I think the Leonard/Hearns rematch was at 168 too wasn't it (have to check that) and he definately doesn't beat either of those, even at the age they were at back then.

On the original question, Toney rips off Calzaghes head and shits down his neck. An ugly sight, I'm sure you can imagine.

Okay, so the LARGE majority have picked Toney to win.

And nearly 100% of people picked Toney's resume over Joe's in another poll.

At least MOST people know what their talking about on this subject.

You're out of your ****in mind. But then again, it's pretty common to see crazy ass predictions from Clazaghe fans.

sorry i don't like toney and i do like joe but your a ****ing idiot, joe calzaghe has never been a huge puncher, he had alot more power earlier in his career but has never had enough to stop toney.
