look im not going to argue about who has more talent and who would win H2H

what Im talking about is competition and resume

Valero's resume clearly beats Gamboa's resume

I'm just putting things into perspective because Valero wouldn't have looked as impressive or as brutal as he has looked in 23 fights if he would have stepped up to the level of competition that hes currently facing as early as Gamboa had taken up those challenges.

Untill then ... Valero's the champion ... and thats something that you or anyone else who think's he overrated can take away from him.

And until that day ... I will forever say ... that Valero would knock him out ... i'm not judging him from tonight, but that will forever haunt him and it may show its face again after he makes adjustments ... don't bet on him against world class or championship level opposition.

And don't think that Jiminez wouldn't have gotten knocked out by Valero and wouldn't have went the distance ... he wouldn't have last past 5.

The way I look at this matchup, I just look at one fighter Valero beat. just watch Mosquera vs Yodsanan and than watch Mosquera vs Valero. FYI, Yodsanan beat Steve Forbes, Mosquera just schools Yodsanan. Mosquera is a schooled fighter in the Mold of Ledwaba or Guzman and Valero Beat him.

Valero will be the Bigger guy and the Longer Reach. Valero's Straight left is decent quick and I don't think Gamboa can avoid that all night. Gamboa's slow to react to the coming punches. He just have quick hands and decent power.

Don't you think that Gamboa's bad habits would come back to haunt him ... I never seen a fighter outside of nate campbell do some crazy **** like that.

Both Gamboa and Jimenez would stop Valero easily. This thread is ridiculous.

No need for discussion here. Gamboa's not in Pac's league. He'll look like Lucero against Pac.

Personally I think at this point if Gamboa is not focused enough, Valero would be able to stop him with a lucky punch. I am still convinced that within 10-12 months if Gamboa takes 2-3 fights like the last one, Valero is going to lose.

    The fight must happen :)
