Not buying this. Give them 24 ounce gloves, take away the hand wraps (or otherwise require that the match goes to a decision like Dempsey-Darcy), and I think Mike takes the decision pretty easily.

Tyson was much the faster, the straighter puncher, more elusive on defense with his upper body movement and bent knees, and an excellent jabber. Would like details on just where Berbick held technical superiority over Tyson.

John Ruiz vs. (fill in the blank)

  5. If you think Khan is more skilled than Peterson I'd suggest you watch more of their fights.

Actually, reading your second line I suggest you don't bother, I'd watch more Duran first :patsch

  9. Froch is a more rounded fighter than Khan, IMHO.

He can box and fight. Khan struggles at both disciplines unfortunately.

No Duran is certainly more skilled than Leonard. You're making the mistake of assuming the faster man with faster hands, greater athleticism and more movement is more skilled. If Leonard and Khan were so much more skilled why were both easy to hit? Neither had the defensive skills to slip punches in the pocket
