On November 29, Promociones Y Eventos Istmo of Panama will present "Concentration of Power," a blockbuster 15 fight card. The event will be headlined by a contest for the vacant WBA super featherweight title between former WBC feather champ Jorge "El Niño de Oro" Linares of Venezuela and Whyber "Showtime" Garcia of Panama. Former champ Noel Arambulet will also appear on the card.


this just shows what a big joke these organizations are when a guy with a record like Linares will be called by manny a "two division champion" and this without fighting anyone.

 

you dont have a problem that hes fighting a bum for a "title?

hes fighting a guy that was koed in the first round by Valero for ****s sake.

as for him fighting Soto i believe it when i see it.

I can't believe it. I'm not saying Linares isn't taleneted but I just want to see him face a live body like Soto for starters.
