Good scorecards of 116-113 all round. Great performance from Simpson. Lindsay a little lethargic for some reason but shouldn't be too down because Simpson was terrific.#

I thought Lindsay could and should have boxed a lot better from the start but seemed to want to stand toe to toe which was the wrong option and he got outworked and bullied early and wasn't able to get back into the fight enough.

simpson has been robbed multiple times! happy he has won the british title outright.
