lindsays fights french second top s/feather weight

Poor opponent but this is probably just a keep busy fight against an hopefully solid boxer. Hopefully we get to see his fight on sky.

 

Thats what bugs me sometimes about british fighters. They put the work in and become champions (domestic in this case) then have gimme fights.

A champion should take on the toughest fights out there and give others a crack at the title, especially Lindsay who has not fought for ages. Other fighters could be fighting for the british title rather than it sitting doing nothing whilst Lindsay decides what to do.

 

Does seem a bit crazy that they got Mcloskey, Sexton/Rogan and Tyson after dinner thing all on the same night.

 

Easy win then The guy looks an easy touch. 11 WINS, 6 LOSSES, and only 3 wins by KO, so a powderpuff puncher average fighter, typical card then eh.

 

not really, mcloskey will get all his crowd from derry and dungiven, lindsay has a die hard following while rogan is well known in the belfast area which is why both will sell out and tyson will attract your typical MMA/violence/never watched a tyson fight but know hes unbeatable fan



problem is tv times which stops everyone in the UK from seeing it





although its a stay busy fight i hate watching guys beat up on someone whom clearly has no amibtions of victory themselves. it is on sky though i suppose

good luck to lindsay...i wont be there..cant be in two places at once...but once lindsay beats arthurs in the ulster hall in january....bring on simpson...thats the fight we all want

 

yes he may beat france's no2,then he can fight europes no1 john simpson.
