Hari has potential in boxing because he can get ko'd but he can also punch. Reems hands are okay but his defence would be exposed badly. The K1 GP format works very well for him. Audley Harrison is a decent fight for anyone to make a name off of.
Harrison was a olympic Gold medallist and grew up boxing..Reem is a kickboxer who relys on his devastating clinch work...Knees..
Im Australian and really i cant hate on a Olympic gold medallist/world title challenging heavyweight as we have never had one of that pedigree in the heavyweight ranks.. Saying Alistair overeem could get title shots in boxing is a gee up..He is known for his clinchwork with his knees...not his devastating combos with his fists..The bloke is a great MMA/K1 kickboxer.....but never boxed in his life professionally...Way different sports....his bodyframe alone wouldnt allow him to bounce on his feet or have much pop in his punches for 10rounds....
I don't think you appreciate how much of a joke Audley Harrison is or how bad the competition he defeated to earn his title shot. Again I'm not saying Overeem could win a world title. I'm saying that if boxing promoters were able to position Harrison to get a shot based on beating three part-timers in a one night tournament and then a journeyman then there's no reason that a similar trick couldn't have been pulled with Overeem.

Their first fight was a great little scrap, Ghita pulled a Mark Hunt taking shots on the chin like it was nothing. Terrible decision though, Ghita deserved an extra round even with the bull**** knockdown in the 2nd, he will take the rematch.
