    If I could be arsed I'd dig up a post I made regarding that, but there's no point in me indulging in that shite any longer, the same thing happened the last time he tried it.

    Yeah, Yordan, I'm not really a fan of his - or his future prospects - but he guarantees a fan-friendly fight so I watch him whenever I get the chance.

    Jeffries was a spaz. But at least he wasn't a deranged spaz if you know what I mean, he kept his head. But his boxing was spazzy in the extreme. I think the Jeffries handbook on how to box reads:

    Do not under any circumstances throw jab, if you do throw it don't throw with the intention of landing as that is a criminal offence

    Throw right hand from a mile away

    After throwing right hands, ALWAYS (very important) square up, and preferably fall inside where your opponent that wants to survive can tie up

    If you do get tied up, throw a couple of rabbit punches as this almost counts as clean effective punching compared to your previous standards.

    Get cut.

    Keep on doing this.

    Win decision - in post fight interview take rightful criticism of your performance against sub standard opponents with no grace and then say you're not going to make excuses. Make several excuses, prime candidates being that your journeyman opponent simply would not fall over.

    Last but not least, Go on Twitter and Facebook. Never under any circumstances rise above comments made on Social networking sites. Abuse people and ask them what they've done with their lifes when they criticize your performance. Tell them you'll meet them at the hotdog stand outside the Stadium of Light and smash their faces in.
