Testing isn't an issue anymore, Even Pacquiao himself has said many times that he wants to fight Mayweather, Pacquiao agreed to the testing and then Floyd priced himself out. It's only Bob Arum that is making excuses and delaying the fight to make more money from Pacquiao fighting Top Rank Fighters for now because Pacs contract is expiring soon.

 

Somehow I get the feeling that if Manny recommended USADA and Floyd was using VADA, Floyd would be arguing how suspect USADA is as loads of athletes were able to beat their test

You do not get it, loads of athletes were caught after they made their millions after they won their titles etc....

I am sorry but they tested them or say they tested them yet those athletes beat those test, as was proven recently with Armstrong.

in other words USADA is suspect, their methods are not up to date, evidence is in each and every athlete that has later tested positive or admitted to using steroids long after they made their money and won their titles.

I'd explain to you about WADA and their protocols of longtitudinal testing that the USADA used to catch Armstrong and that VADA also uses but my dog would better understand it, so I'll let you do your own homework.
