Actually he did stay the same weight. He's small. He didn't move up to 135 because he was struggling to make weight at all. Again, he's small. He looks exactly the same in the ring as he does for weigh ins He hasn't made 126 in a long time but I'm sure he could do it if he really wanted to. It's not like he was having to walk around in sweatsuits all the time, starve himself like crazy and live on a rabbit food diet, strip butt naked on the scales, ever miss weight even by an 0.5 ounces, was throwing up in elevators and almost feint at weigh ins, and looked like skeletor on crack to make 126 and go to the lengths loads of other fighters have to do to make weight. I'm sure it wouldn't be easy getting back down to 126 now at his age but tons of fighters are cutting way more weight and reydrating a lot more after weigh ins. 130 would be a piece of **** for him. One of these is a 118 pounder, the other a 135 pounder This content is protected Like how Manny weighed roughly the same give or take a pound or two in his mid-late 30s-early 40s at 147 or higher as he did way back in 2008 down at 135. I kept hearing from his fans how he could make 135 because he weighed roughly the same at 147 a decade later as he did back then at that weight They say the same about Floyd too So you're saying Inoue must've weighed at least 5lbs pounds heavier for his more recent fights at 118 than he did five years ago at that weight? He weighed 131 for his first fight at that weight in May 2018. So he was coming in at 136 or more and he will obviously be even heavier than that at 122? Why's he picking on little Cool Boy Steph then I though he was supposed to be much bigger than him?
A few of the fighters who fought on that card are, including his opponent Ortiz. Not sure why but I've seen that on there with lots of other fighters too
Thanks. He's literally the complete antithesis of being a weight bully and the criticisms leveled at him by these idiots, who like I said worship at the altar of fighters who are some of the worst culprits when it comes to these very same things You can see with your naked eye how much bigger his opponents at 135 are than him. He looks the picture of health on the scales, they look like the living dead or like a different species after they've rehydrated but still they have to lie Me neither and it really is a privilege to watch them. If you don't respect fighters like them you aren't a true fan it really is that simple. You don't have to like them but you should respect them, even more so if you worship at the altar, as many of their haters do, of cherrypickers, duckers, massive weight bullies, and actual hype jobs whose resumes are complete trash compared to theirs.
I never have Accusing Loma of being a weight bully is akin to accusing Dan Rafael of being anorexic or a prime Mike Tyson of being a featherfist. The crazy thing is the size/weight/reach difference between Loma and Haney is way more than it is between Loma and Inoue but Loma gets crucified for merely even responding to a question about entertaining the notion of fighting Inoue from a reporter who wants to see the fight and thinks it would be ''really really interesting''
Yep. And the SAME dummies who always discredit Loma’s win over Rigo are desperately trying to convince people that Haney “Isn’t that much bigger than Loma” while acting like Loma beat Rigo solely off of size. Loma beat Rigo’s ass off of pure skill and speed. Made him QUIT. There was no holding and weight leaning on Loma’s part. The fouling was done by Rigo. Let’s see if Haney can beat Loma the way Loma whooped Rigo. Without holding and leaning down and any fouling whatsoever. Lol I DOUBT IT! Anyway I think Loma rises to the occasion and actually beats Haney thoroughly.
Yes and even worse after hating Loma with a burning and irrational and really quite disturbing vengeance for almost his entire career, calling him a hype job and a weight bully, claiming he was never P4P, and spending the last few years frothing at the mouths like rabid dogs at the fact he's still ranked in the P4P top 10, which they believe he categorically doesn't deserve to be, they're now playing the victim about Haney not getting full credit for beating an old past prime way way smaller version of the fighter who was the most overrated ''hype job'' in the sport in his prime even though Haney himself admitted Loma was old and past his best and not a 135 pounder as did Shakur. All after giving him zero credit for beating Rigo who they worshiped like a god, all had ranked top 2 P4P, predicted was going to destroy Loma and then when he toyed with him like he was a bum we heard nonstop excuses about size even though the size difference between them them is way less than it is between Loma and Haney. It really does beggar belief.
