Lomachencko VS Walters...Fighter vs Runner???

    I have using the word "runner" in any context. If you are fighting on the back foot, and manage to counter-punch and catch your opponent, that's actually beautiful boxing for me.

    But this thread is the most absurd. Especially "toe-to-toe" thing, and the way OP makes "toe-to-toe" and "running" oppositing. That's total bull****.

    Lomachenko is both capable to be a pressure fighter and to fight on the back foot. He is not "toe-to-toe" fighter, because he remains smart and defensively responsible while putting pressure on his opponent, and creates necessary angles and distance without taking return fire. He is also able to fight on the back foot, that's why his style will match perfectly against Walters.

    I also don't understand, why I should give more credit to fighters who just walk directly into his opponents and constantly being catched. I don't understand how this can be considered more entertaining, than somebody like Loma who actually demonstrates exquisite skill set.

    People don't understand just how beautifully Lomachenko moves. Genius is often misunderstood.
