The amateur records are tracked but not as well as the pros......I have always felt that most amateur records being quoted were B.S. for an amateur to lose 20-30 fights over a few hindred fights was a very good amateur
Lopez isn't my guy lol. I always want the underdog to win so I'd be routing for Loma in a rematch. I would like to see a rematch, I never said I wouldn't. What I said was,Loez obviously isn't ducking Loma since he's already fought him and beat him.
And you're the ticket scalper of the casuals, troll. You probably think you're super knowledgeable because you follow only popular and already accomplished boxers...
I dont agree. sLowmo is not a diva. He's a sore loser diva. He can always fight inoue to show us how great he is.
and wobled sLowmo in this round, actually. Our favourite sore loser diva was about to take a nap in the 12th....
it just seems super hard to believe, there is already so much corruption in amateur boxing that even if you are winning all your fight you will still lose a few ones. It just seems really unrealistic.
it's embarrassing to lose like that when you present yourself as a god like entity who is near unbeatable then you look worse than a journey man in survival mode for 6 rounds because you think your 75 IQ late fight gameplan will work out
You are welcome to assume anything you want, and welcome to believe anything you think even if there is no proof to back it... Yeah, that sounds great huh? If you think his record is so bogus, do some research first. And you talked about arrogance with me?
No it is just suspicious for anyone who has had an amateur career himself. On a regular amateur tournemant a lot of times the wrong guy gets the W for what ever strange reason. Also most amateurs forget about their record ones they reach a number around 40-50 its just the way it is. not saying that it cant be true, but it does sound fishy, especially if you take into consideration that rigos and ggg records are polished for sure. The wrong guy gets the W in pros as well. So by that, EVERY record should be fishy to you, if you have any level of consistency...
this is a good point. Had sLowmo fought as an amateur in my hometown, I can promise that if he does not win by ko or the referee does not stop the fight the most he would get is a draw, and most likely a defeat. It does not matter how big the beating to the fighter born here. He'd lose, period. That's how corrupt is amateur boxing. And I would say that my hometown is "standard" kind of corruption. I mean, nothing special, the hommie wins, period. That's not something "too" corrupted actually, talking about amateur boxing, since there is no chamionship and is a local club fight, no prize nor medal involved, I mean. The last amateur fight I watched in my hometown actually was like that. A friend of mine was beaten, and he got a win. He was the local star, and it was his last fight as amateur. He was not koed, so he won, OBVIOUSLY. Plus other stuff, like this. THIS IS FOR REAL: "hey man, dont worry, he has just 1 fight like you" (after being beaten to a pulp) "1? yes, one in this country. 50 more in the country where he was born" This is amateur boxing. Rotten as F.
of course i myself was on both sides of the corruption. My coach knew a lot of the local judges and the refs because he trained them in some fitness club for old people that was not related in anyway to our boxing gym. Guess how much better our fighters were when those guys were scoring.
