Aren’t you the guy that also had Derevyanchenko beating Charlo? You should probably give up attempting to score fights.
Disagree with you fully and entirely as you haven't even watched the clips, timestamps and debated the quite clear disparity in cleaner punches in that round. You don't score defense because you want that defense to be able to leave the boxer in a position to counter yet you score effective aggression to a fighter who doesn't cut off the ring and doesn't land punches. Come on man, that's just entirely inconsistent and worse than scoring Olympic style. You have to remember although this isn't Olympic boxing, it is still boxing, with the primary scoring criteria as landing punches. You know throwing punches with your hands and hitting the head and body? Get it yet?
Go look at your prior response where you justified Loma's size as somehow negating the fact that he spent two minutes going backward. Like I said, if you prefer Loma's punching in that round, okay by me. I prefer guys who don't fight negatively and will reward the fighter coming forward unless the guy on his bike vastly outlands or hurts the opponent. Lopez was not deterred in any way and, in a round without much action, landed some good shots of his own. We're not going to agree on this, and that's okay. But it is sort of pathetic that you seem hell bent on generating controversy where none exists. You have been on a crusade this week on a quixotic mission to construct a Loma-was-robbed narrative. It's not going to happen.
He accuses people of avoiding substantive discussion and then when they do engage him, he gets defensive. Mind you, he also has invented new boxing scoring criteria such as a points-per-punch system whereby a body shot is inferior to a head shot because a head shot is more difficult to land. He's a real innovator, this one.
You just called me pathetic then continue to raise those two criteria which I have not scored these rounds on. I've addressed this numerous times jesus christ. Yes because youre engagement and points are just flawed in its entirety. And that's just ridiculouus controversy does exist especially in round 2 considering many people gave it to him (dumbass judges and people in this forum is not everyone) Its just you're so blinded by Lopezs ineffective aggression and somehow try and sideline actual scoring punches for it. You're right we are not going to agree because you can't have an unbiased discussion.
