Look at the difference in fluidity, movement and stiffness between Martin and AJ

One looks like a proffesional boxer with an actual skill set, while the other looks like your fitness first gym rat ending his workout with some box fit cardio.

I think AJ looks alright here.

Leaning heavily on the straight right / left hook -- which makes sense since CM is a southpaw. Circling to his left away from CM's power which is a smart move.

Looked less good when the pads came out -- but it's an open workout and I doubt they were 100% on it.

 

I've seen some video of Martin published yesterday on YT and he looks to be in the best condition I've ever seen him... It's sink or swim time for Joshua, but I look foward to a good fight.

 

There is shades of Bruno Witherspoon, Bruno just didn't have the skillset or engine. Still backing Femi to win.
