So what's the issue with Fury boxing Chisora? Chisora, even at 38, is no worse than Breazeale, who would have even more than twelve losses on his record if he were to box who Chisora has boxed. Joshua also didn't have an undisputed bout around the corner, and was due to box Pulev (lol) after beating Klitschko, but then faced Takam. Both abysmal opponents. The "it was a mandatory" doesn't wash with anyone who has more than two brain cells, because mandatories are organised reciprocally between management and governing bodies. Joshua loves a soft bout. He even fought Pulev who was 39 and rubbish. He literally turned his back and ran away from Joshua into the corner with his hands over his head, and you've got Mitch here telling people that this is a high quality opponent who is better than Wilder. The fact is that Joshua has boxed awful opposition as a heavyweight champion, and Fury is doing the same here to ensure he makes it to the undisputed. Joshua fanboys can't handle that. It would cripple them if Fury were to beat Usyk.
Pulev was a mandatory. Breazeale was an opponent 2 months after Martin, and Joshua was at the early stages of his career. Completely different scenarios. At least Breazeale was an undefeated American. Chisora has lost 50% of his last 14 fights and has already been beaten twice by Fury in borefests where the crowd were booing towards the end of the second fight.
