See thats when you knew Khan was talking absolute shite back then, 0.5% bodyfat, aye right, what a load of nonsense, you wouldnt be walking or talking never mind boxing, stupid remarks. Alex Arthur used to do the same with 1% bodyfat nonsense, clowns dont know what they are talking about. He looked good on pads but Salita is shite, gonna get a doin big time.

I dont really blame him personally for it, i think it was those bunch of asses he had working on him, they had no idea what they were going on about, and must have put this nonsense in his head.

You wouldnt hear Roach/Ariza going on about this, they've got a reputation to uphold amongst their peers, unlike the jobsworths he had during the Gomez fight.

If your achilles heel is your chin you keep that under wraps and use your strengths to win the fight .... Full credit to Khan hes listened to Roach and follows the gameplan set out for him now ....

If Khan had a chin he could be something brilliant .... hes not far off in all honesty but his chin is the question mark ....

I jsut think he's always been afraid of being hit, I think now having moved to the wildcard, against tough irish/mexican sparring, he's gonna be smacked around a bit, and that'l toughen him up.

I mean i still cant beleive he got up from the first brutal Knockdown against Prescott.

he got up cause say what u want about khan hes a fighter he wants to fight and do well - hes improving all the time the chin will be a worry all the time against a banger but he has real skill and moving to wildcard is the best decision he ever made. he has the potential to be right up there with the best of the division

I think he should win this fight against Salita, the real test will be against Maidana, who will fight similarly to what a very limited ***in did against Khan, bascially all guns blazing. If Khan is to become a great fighter, all will depend on that.

I know he's got 90 days after the Salita fight to defend his title against Maidana, any chance of it being on the undercard of the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight?

Just rewatched the early rounds of Kotelnik. My expectations were low but he actually surprised me, I was a bit harsh on young Amir he did pretty well. I was expecting the 1-2, run around the ring combo but he showed some good variaton and aggression. Maybe it was just later in the fight he became cautious, might rewatch more tomorrow.

This fight will answer questions about Khan's power....it's almost a foregone conclusion he will beat Salita, but can he KO him?.....He should....but if he doesn't Khan will show he is featherfisted....Even if he does KO Salita, I'm still skeptical his power is just average at best...

Khan will win this by clean ko, not one of those flurry stoppages.

I highly doubt that, it won't be a 10 second count out.

I think Alex is a top fitness trainer and we can see this with the development of Manny moving up weight with great results. Not comparing Manny new found power at higher weights to Khan but if they can add any weight in his punches with the already fast hand speed the results should be good. I think Khan will be making 140 better this time round and should feel strong and sharp.

I think Khan will KO Salita inside 6 rounds.

This aint gonna prove anything about his power, Salita has been down against non-punchers, so Khan is gonna do a job on him, no problem.

I don't really see how Khan can ever come close to matching his hype.

He's very fast, is very talented. But there is nothing on the planet that he can do to change that chin. His career is going to have to be spent being carefully match-made to keep him safe from the big punchers. Certain people come out with this 'Moving him up in weight and distributing mass to his legs will help', but that is absolute nonsense when it comes to the effects of a punch to the head and even Freddie doesn't come out with it.

The strategy against Kotelnik is pretty much Khan's future. It's going to involve a lot of discipline from him and boring fights.

If Khan wins inside the distance it will be stopped by a punch flurry causing the ref to step in
