First of im a big Pac fan, dont know where u thought i didnt like him.

Marquez has beat plenty of great fighters. berrera for one, whos an ATG and HOF. hes dominated Pacquiao a couple of times. Juan Diaz was a good fighter and lightweight champ. I mean how many Mexicans are gonna rank ahead of Marquez?? why the hate??

so Bradley is elite...ok. so he lost to him, why do u keep saying Marquez cant be elite fighters?? it makes me wonder:huh:huh

At first sight, I read the thread title as ¨looks like Marquez needs PED again¨

    I was going to post ¨I agree¨

I don't hate Marquez, I think he's ridiculously overrated because of Pac. That's it. Barrera was way past it and is the ONLY great fighter he's beaten not named Pac. He really hasn't beaten anyone else. Casamayor was pretty good but he was completely shot (and he struggled with him before the KO). He's never beaten an elite fighter not named Pac. I don't think Barrera was elite at the time Marquez beat him, and Juan Diaz was neve elite.

Douglass isnt a great for beating Tyson, and JMM wont be a great cause he beat Pacquiao. As has been said, he hasnt beat anyone elite other than Pacquiao (who beat him x2 anyway) and has lost to Chris John.

Hey Roy Jones, Ali, Toney have lost to all kinds of bums. But they make up for that with excellent wins. JMM doesn't have those bad losses, but only has one top notch win. MAB was no longer it at that point, and made it way closer than expected.

That is pretty much undebateable. Mar-**** (i don't usually name-call a terrific boxer esp. one of JMM's caliber, but his whiny crybaby ass pisses me off no end  ) never did give credit to anybody who beat him. A begrudging credit to Floid, but that was about it really.

Ok, i'd give him credit for this one thing: he is the most "robbed" boxer in the history of the sport! :patsch:bart
