Lucian didnt fight really top fighter in his whole career so you must wait and give him a chance to beat someone like Froch Ward Dirrel.

 

You can make a case for any top4.

well right now he is Ring #2 and has beaten 3 top 10, none top5(#6 and #8 twice). It seems #6 and #8 would have been better picks for Super 6 then Green,Taylor and I will say even AA. Froch beat #5 and #10 but he was beaten by #4. Ward beat #4 and #6 and he is now #1. Kessler beat #3 and was beaten by #1. The undefeted record seems to weight.

The ranks don`t mean that much anyway.

It can be a good fight or Bute could be to big for Martinez. On paper looks like a terific fight....but who knows?

The fight on the video is very far away. Since that time, Bute and his coach has worked very hard on accuracy, timing, and effective power. Bute is always very well placed when he hits. Each of his punches have power on them (except for some jabs). His foot work is excellent. He doesn't run back like Dirrell, je just moves out of his opponent's reach in order to stay just at the right distance to counter. Bute may not be the better in any department but he probably has the most complete toolbox of the division.

 

I don't think handspeed is Bute's best asset. There are SMW's with faster hands (Dirrell, Ward, and previously Calzaghe).

His accuracy, power, and technique are top notch though.
