I was just thinking this to myself tonight, I was the same early on, instantly disliking the mouthy Froch. But he's gained a mountain of respect from me in the last few years, well since the Pascal fight, that's when I really started to get behind him and see what he was about. He's a great example to other boxers, I hope a few feel shamed about the quality of their opposition and lack of will to fight the best. For the last week I've been saying he'd win, but only by a point or two, and I only went for that cos I just couldn't see Bute stopping him or winning a close decision in Nottingham. I did also say he'd lose the rematch in Canada though! :rofl Butes trainer was a spot-on chap, refreshingly honest and respectful, but I still think they'll take the rematch - where does 32yr old Bute go if he doesn't take it?
Froch does what 99.9% of boxers claim to do! I thought Bute was gonna jab his head off! So chuffed to be wrong!
