    Two ways really

    1. Like Holyfield bulk up carefully and add muscle.

    2. Like James Toney eat at Burger King, McDonalds, Wendys, Tacobell etc etc one after the other all day long.

ups the third way and not so clever :

    3. The Danny Williams method. Eat loads of **** like Toney but before the weigh in drink 20 litres of water and put weights in your underpants. Apparently it psyches out the other fighter.

Steve Dunce was talking nonsense as usual. "Haye was a massive, massive, massive underdog when he beat Mormeck"? Haye was actually slight favourite.

Lol he is a top bloke. I think Haye will take it but will be cheering Enzo on regardless!

Just goes to show that Haye was always comfortable making the weight for this fight and only said about moving straight to heavyweight to flush as much cash out of Warren as possible. Adam Booth admitted as much after the weigh-in and fairplay to him. No excuses afterwards now though

I suspect FW has insisted that Haye only gets to show off his WBC belt and Enzo gets to parade his WBO belt around. It makes it look like a 50/50 fight.
