..... so I've heard in the Sun anyway.

Turns out Hatton got beat by Hennessy in the bid. No shock, Macklin should of stuck with Warren for this one.

I might make the effort to go and see this, it has the potential to be a great scrap. 50/50 in my view.

It's between Muswell Hill and Wood Green.

It's a great venue for this fight.

Yeah, I fancy Macklln too, but you should try and get every advantage you can get for such a big fight in your career.

Although I have to admit, I feel that Warren has always kept him in the dark and never hyped him up. I bet when Macklin gets to world title level (assuming he does of course) then Warren will be bitching about him like he does with Haye and Hatton in his weekly newspaper articles. I think they probably never got on with each other in the first place and Warren probably knew he'd leave him so he just shut up about him and used while he still could.

I wonder what channel Froch will fight on next then? Might have Thaxton-Murray on the undercard aswell, along with Fury against McDermott?

Alley Palley as any londoner will know it as is in the suburbs of north london. I think it holds about 4,000. Its the same place that Witter won his world title agaisnt corley.

Yeah, that's right. He also had his first defence there too. It was the same night Hatton beat Urango.... it's all coming back to me now.:think

Yeah he beat the mexican Morua there.

It's a terrible venue when the fighters lack great fan base because of size of venue but for these two lads it will be rocking and Hennessey has done a smart thing taking it there.
