Not the best time for Maidana to start talking crap when he's just about to fight Shot Shot Corley....

I guess the reason Maidana does'nt get **** for fighting Corley (like Khan did for mentioning Cassamayor), is because Maidana's trainer is'nt going and mouthing off saying "Maidana would beat Khan, Bradley and Alexander all in the same night" like Roach has been saying about Khan. Fair enough, it's Roach saying it not Khan, but it still give's Amir a bad look.

I hope Khan fight's Maidana in December, it'll solve some massive disputes on this forum. Me myself think if he can't get JMM to fight he'll go for Ortiz but i hope it's Maidana.

A Maidana fight would be big in the UK, most of the British public want to see Khan knocked out, and if the fight's promoted well (with Maidana's power), people will buy it just hoping to see Khan beaten. So it could be a successful fight

Chop Chop is still a better fighter than willie linond and salita.

Maidana is full of it, not enforcing his mandatory with Khan, taking on Chop Chop instead.

Fair point there about Kotelnik and Khan has to fight either those two or Bradley/Alexander all he'll lose all credibility.

I'd fancy the Ortiz fight next if I was on his team. Big puncher yes but his lack of heart was exposed against Maidana if Khan plugged away at him successfully I don't think he'd pursue with such intent .

What if Khan was interim champion, hadn't enforced his mandatory in a year and was fighting Corley? :think

yo this maidana dude, has had it tough in the game, golden boy is trying to derail his career, i honestly believe cayo was given the assignment to take him out to save amir, but that mofo got smoked in 5, now they wanna put him in with Berto at 147, i think the story of marcos maidana will be reminiscent of maximus Meridius from the movie gladiator, when he takes out all the fighters in golden boys stable only ''king khan'' will be the last boy left, and by then maidana will be ****ed because of all the wars, but his power even for a washed up 1 dimensional slugger will be too detrimental for amir khans chin.

That must be why they just agreed a new long term contract with him, because they're trying to derail his career, now it all makes, errr, sense....

That's just a fancy new boxing term for the word "challenger".

Admit it though, if Maidana wasn't constantly linked with Khan, would anyone really give a flying **** about him fighting Corley? I doubt they would.

On this board? If he wasn't constantly linked with Khan, no-one would give a flying **** about him period.

I still think give it a few months and WBA will upgrade Khan to super champion and Maidana to ordinary champion and everyone can shut up about it. I mean no-one says Ward is ducking Sartison....

Con man has never EVER proven he can take a punch of even a guy with decent power a super lightweight.

Fact is, the one time he got into the ring with a guy with decent+ power at super lightweight, is the one time he got annihilated, brutally and embarrassingly KOyed in front of his home "fans":lol::lol::lol:and that's fact. :yep:yep:yep:deal:deal:deal

Khan is going to face Maidana next and you'll be leaving.
