Maidana v Sotto Karass 147lbs Sept 15th.

    Who wins this? I like Maidana and by KO.

    Sounds like Maidana cant make 140 anymore so 147 it is whether he looked pants last time out or not.

    Shitty fights between two sock em rock em robots. I've seen better skilled fighters in bar back alleys.

    No but if he cant make 140 then he has no option.

    I still think hes stronger than Soto personally.

    Maidana relied on strength at jr welterweight to overpower his opponents,but he will find out guys are alot stronger at welterweight.

    It's supposed to be a "wash" type fight for Maidana.
    Seems those haven't been workin out to well for GBP's tho...

    That said, Maidana should win this.

    I think this fued between TR and GBP is really f-ing things up in boxing. This is why we get sh*t match ups or atleast not what we really want to see.

    Maidana wanted Alvarez first off? His team had to persuade him out of challenging a powerful 154lbr, you really think he ducked Thurman a guy who never been 12 rounds or fought a half decent fighter? I think not sunshine.

    Robert Garcia and Maidana are going to kick ass lol. I think Maidana will do much better at 147 this time and especially since he's fighting a guy that compliments his brawling style...another brawler lol after this fight he'll step up to a big name opponent. Testing the waters with the new trainer, new weight and shaking off any rust
