Khan beats Maidana handy enough for me. Khan is far more skilled than him. Kotelnik beat Maidana and in all fairness Ortiz should of beat him but he got drawn into a war with him. Also Maidana dosnt seem to take a good too well himself does he.

Prescott easily handled Khan who easily dealt with Kotelnik, see where I am going with this. Your logic is flawed. Styles make fights. Kotelnik is a good boxer with a good chin, he beat a limited fighter with lots of power in Maidana.

Khan's kryptonite is big hitters and that is what Maidana is. Like it or not, Maidana will always have a chance of beating Khan. The question is can Khan manage to not get caught with a haymaker because if he does he is going down a la Prescott.

 

The exact same could be said of Maidana. He was down against Ortiz. He didn't get stopped but if that happened against Khan he could be flurried to death before he gets a chance to recover.

The fight is basically a shoot out, I'd be shocked if it lasted long. They both have the power to hurt each other but I favour Khan because he's a lot faster and thinks about defence more whereas Maidana has an arrogance about him that he can just walk everybody down.
