Malignaggi has underrated power. He is, in many ways, the Muhammad Ali of his era. Of course, Muhammad Ali never had the same amazing taste in eyeliner.

The Magic Man talks : "The more I see of Ricky, the more I think he's scared to get hit and that's why he fights the way he does. There were opportunities for him to throw punches and he chose to hold. It seems that the guy holds first and hits second. It gets ridiculous to watch. I'm sure Ricky's a nice guy and a nice person, but as a fighter I can't respect him...I have the belt which he used to hold. He came back for it before and I'm ready to give him another chance to take back what he never lost but will never hold again. We both have one loss now and we've both lost to great fighters. I didn't get stopped and he's coming off a knockout loss so I'd love to see how he comes back from that. Madison Square Garden makes perfect sense, he can get his second loss and everybody would be happy"

I'll probably get some slack for this one but I'll do it anyway Paulie UD, I really have to see the betting lines because I have a good feeling I would triple up on this one. And no I'm not a Hatton hater, I actually think the guy is good for the sport and is tough as nails. I just think Paulie can do it, kids got skills I've seen him fight for a while now down in the Ballroom in NYC and he's the real deal in terms of his boxing ability.

Malignaggi is a boxer, not a runner. He uses the ring very economically, which is why it's so hard to get him onto the ropes.

I think Paulie would beat Hatton. Paulie has the style and skills to do it. The people who are saying that Paulie has no chance because the way he dress or the lack of power are not looking at this fight being unbias but saying Hatton to win because they hate Paulie. The reason why Paulie would beat Hatton is his jab. Paulie has one of the best jabs in boxing. Paulie's jab, ring movement, and he throws a lot of punches in a round will beat Hatton. To say Paulie has no chance it's not knowing boxing.

Also, don't be so certain that Hatton would steamroll Malignaggi.

OK, if you truly feel this way then call Hatton's and Malignaggi's promoters to get this fight on.
