Actually, yes earlier in his career. But at the same time, anyone can be hurt to the body, not to mention who knows how his conditioning and physical work out regimen was at that time. From what I heard, it was early on, so its possible he didn't have proper training.
Thats one thing I love about boxing, the hype is over the top and by fight time I'm all excited. Especially when you know it is a good fight.
It wasn't the Santos fight. The first Santos fight got stopped after the first round due to a cut, and in the second fight, which also got stopped due to a cut after the ninth, Santos managed to stun Margarito early on, but it was a shot to the forehead/temple area. Margarito actually should have gotten a knock down for a body shot he hit Santos with in the second fight, but it was ruled a slip. I think it was before the first Santos fight.
Yes it was early in his career i think it was in 1996. But anyone can be hurt by a bodyshot when it lands in the right place. Body shots i think will be vital for a Mosley win tonight, i just hope he can get them of unlike Cotto, who was unable to.
i lurve boxing 2 man! all the great boxing matches are free again like the early 80's. it's like a girl asking you if you wanna come inside her apartment after the first night out. yes!!!
