Did Floyd tick the box saying he was dangerously dehydrated ?? NO Yet the NSAC made the statement" Mr Mayweather did nothing wrong we will not be investigating" ROFL Instead of that they granted him a TUE for the ILLEGAL saline THREE WEEKS AFTER the fight For WHAT ??? Ask any medical personel what condition anyone would be in that was so dehydrated they needed 750 ml of saline to survive???
They'd be in ICU not running round a boxing ring for 12 rounds. Hardly a legitimate win was it ??????

 

Pscquaio lost to Mayweather and that fact combined with others mean he can't possibly be the fighter of the decade.

For a start you just have to put Mayweather above him, I am not a fan of Mayweather, trust me, but Pacquiao is not the fighter of the decade.

His career as a whole, yes amazing, a truly great fighter but he is not the best.

 

When you say the last decade I assume 2000-2010, not the current. But if its just a communication error then theres really no problem.

 

All I can say then is if you claim Floyd is better you must present the award to.......
