    Technical Draw. Both fighters are KOed at the same time in the 1st by brutal accidental low blows (neither fighter recovering in the alloted 5 minutes).

    Williams wins this, just too big and too active. Pacquiao is active too but come on, the size difference will be crazy, Williams made Margarito look small and Margarito was considered a big welterweight, go figure. Williams is not just size, he has skills/ability, solid chin, insane stamina, very active, very good speed and underrated power.

    People say that he's too much for Mosley or Mayweather who had many fights at Welterweight and we all know Pac smaller than those two. Wrong fight for Pacquiao as I would openly say it's not a fair fight.
