Because you're non-stop bashing pacquiao to get the best of these kids who are just fans of him. You always do it when pacquiao gets a fantasy match up.

Same reason I get upset when people start uncle tom'ing Mr.Tony80 for picking pac every once in a while.

Alot of folks lost vcash on Dawson for that fight. One of the biggest upsets of the year. Dawson should have beaten Pascal but mentally wasnt in the fight. Says nothing about pimp c's ability to analyze a fight. Especially when you put any amount of analyzation against that of a *******s.

 

Pac isn't going to land ****, Pea's defense would befuddle and frustrate Pac who's never fought anyone with an ounce of defense. He's going to come forward and get hit at will by Pea's ATG jab and countered to death when he tries to open up beaten up on the inside and on the outside. Then if that's not bad enough he will get outworked as well by Pea who had a high workrate. Pac really has no chance in this fight and is at an extreme stylistic disadvantage here. The very thought of people picking Pac here is a combo of two things one overrating the hell out of Pac and not having a clue about styles and two not knowing how great a prime Sweet Pea Whitaker was who never really lost a fight in his prime.:deal

 

Yeah, in fact, I didn't see almost anybody putting any real stock in pascal.

 

call it what you want but i dont think picking sweet pea over pacman means I only pick black fighters. it means i pick the fighter with the most skills which is definatly sweet pea.

Earlier today there was a Pac vs SRL thread and another thread saying that Manny is better than Duran. This one is just the least ludacris is all. Still though Manny barely could get by JMM. How the f#%k is Manny going to deal with a better boxer with arguably the best defense ever. You dumb ass *******s believe to much bull**** hype from beating shot fighters. How many technicians has Manny been matched against? He's never fought a slick,moving target and with good reason. He's only effective if someone exchanges with him. As soon as Cotto began backpeddling Manny had a coniption fit because he became far less effective. Against Clottey his magical angles couldn't do **** to open up Clottey and Clottey couldn't miss when he did decide to throw. In short Sweet Pea is stylistic nightmare to Manny who looks great but in all actuality is a one dimensional fighter.

 

Whitaker in his prime took punches from lesser fighters than Pacquiao.

Even in (what I think was) schooling Chavez, he got hit with leather, and chavez had mildly good foot work and hand speed.

Pac could in and out just as fast as Pernell could duck and move.

 

I am one of the few 'haters' of floyd who picks him to beat Pac, because I remain objective about the fighters.

Pac looked lost and followed Cotto around not cutting off the ring when Cotto used movement in the later rounds in their fight and was visiably frustrated by it. Pea Whitaker was hit by JCC but JCC's style was better suited to beat Pea than Pac's is and he still got schooled. Atleast JCC applied intelligent pressure could cut the ring off and fight on the inside as well as go to the body. A head hunter like Pac wouldn't have a snow balls chance in hell of beating Pea by head hunting and anyone who knows boxing will tell you this.:deal This is the sweet science the art of hitting at not getting hit Pea Whitaker damn near wrote the book and would absolutely school Pac like a teacher does a pupil it wouldn't be close.:deal
