Manny's name is as big as Mayweather's and Oscar's and yet he's still under Top Rank. Why? Because he's not a bright person, that's why. He doesn't know how to think for himself. How can a man like this actually be a congressman? If you can't make big decisions about your own professional career then how can you be trusted to make decisions for an entire country? HE WON'T. i think he's smart enough to make people work for him. yes i know arum is milking him in every chance he has but being a congressman now, he needs someone who will make and negotiate his fights for him more than ever. yes he can make more if he will manage himself but he will do more work and has to get more money out of his pocket in promoting. even floyd is not really by himself now and GBP is promoting his fights and this would mean a cut on his revenue.
