Only once were there real negotiations.

Team Pacquiao walked away, publicly citing an inability to agree on drug testing, and signed to fight Clottey less than 72 hours later.

    Hmmmmm....

if someone should be blamed for starting this whole mess is floyd sr.

Floyd Mayweather Sr. “If my son’s fighting that little man, I’m concerned about my son’s life”

It wasn't team Pacquiao that demanded a new set of rules for this one fight, remember? It wasn't team Pacquiao that priced themselves out and demanded the location and it wasn't team Pacquiao that told Mayweather to leave his promoter if he wanted a fight either. Remember the ridiculous "guaranteed" $40 million for Pacquiao while everything else and 100% of the PPV earnings for Mayweather? Remember the "PED using cheater!" and racist allegations/insults only to follow up with a public video apology? Let me remind you.

    The insults.

    Here's the apology.

Clottey may seem like a joke now(thanks to Pacquiao for fighting him and proving him a joke) but he was coming off a 50/50 fight with Cotto and MANY had him winning that fight. Pacquiao did the public a favor and fought them both. You can blame Pacquiao all you want, he wasn't the one barking nonsense when this fight meant something. Mayweather felt pressured to the point where he moved up to 154 to fight Cotto at his "natural" weight to take some heat off before serving his one month in prison. I've been a fan of both for a decade now but there's no escaping the realities here. You can feel free to blame Pacquiao for not accepting Mayweather's demands, in the end he wasn't the one demanding them. I'd like to defend Mayweather in this discussion as I have in MANY others over the years but there's no way in hell anyone can defend Mayweather in this discussion with a straight face. Now enjoy this one last video.

    I'm scared of needless.

I want blood tests for my next fight.

Depends on my promoter, Bob Arum

Wouldnt it be great if Alvarez beats Floyd he goes on to fight Manny next instead of giving FLoyd the rematach..

Manny should he beat Alvarez can then phone Floyd and offer him 40mill

    ******* fantasy.

This fantasy wishes that Paqc was not only able to beat Floyd in the ring, but also that Pac was richer and able to be in the driver's seat for all negotiations. Pac is a worse fighter, less rich and Arums indentured servant. Fantasy will never come true *******.

hahaha what an absoloute pr1ck, go l1ck floyds balls & see if he throws u a bone..

pu55y boy floyd wanted no part of pac until he lost & now he's acting all brave along with his dumb5hit fans.
Floyd would probably have beaten pac, but instead he chose to fight a 5hitty Ortiz, a washed up Cotto, a never has and never will be in Guerrero and now that he did bull5hit numbers against Guerrero he's forced to take on Alvarez.

Im not a massive pac fan BUT I hate the way everyone's sh1tting on him since the Marquez loss despite him taking on allcomers..

btw Floyd gets robbed against Alvarez
