Winky has a tight defense and doesn't mind sticking to that gameplan all night. Pacquiao is likely just too small to break it up.
Pac beats him I think, at 154 and specially at 150. Winky isn't a big puncher, he's also quite stationary. Mosley has good power, good speed but his movement isnt that great (Cotto outboxed him). Mosley lost a very close decision to Winky. Pac would have to use his speed and movement to create openings, also be fast enough to counter for when WInky opens up. No KO in this, close decision either way.

Winky will win. He knows how to box and has a chin. He took middle and light heavy weight shots. How would Manny intimidate him? Winky may not be a power puncher but he will dominate Manny and out box him.
