Please explain how Manny has the better resume at 147 and 154 pounds? Because if you look at it honestly "Mr. Objective" you will see that Mayweather clearly has more accomplishments at those two weight classes than Manny Pacquiao.

From what I see, he's only beat 1 champion at 147 (Cotto) and that was at a catchweight.

 

When has Mayweather beat the #1 ranked fighter at 147 or even at 154? Floyd has never faced a mando, has never fought the #1 ranked challenger at 147 or 54.
