It should just be a 12 round fight that the winner will be assumed the best around the weight. I wouldnt argue Williams being ranked #1 at 160 even without the title if he was recognised that way. I don't even consider titles when I judge a fighter's resume. That multiple weight division titlist thing is irrelevant to me. When Floyd beat Oscar for his 5th title, I didn't see it as Floyd being a legit LMW but rather beating someone significant to make a name for himself. Instead of chasing after meaningless titles Pac should be focused on the spirit of true competition rather than trying to so hard to please Arum.
